Our beautiful beach home is located just one short block to the beach at 32nd and Central Ave. It is central to all amenities and a quick 5 minute drive to the downtown area. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, outside shower, a great front porch, and 2 car parking. Come visit us and fall in love with OCNJ!

Rooms
Living Room with fire place is open concept to dining room and kitchen. Two sliding glass doors open to the front porch where there is plenty of seating to sit and enjoy the Spring, Summer and Fall evenings. 3 bedrooms (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds) and 2 full bathrooms. 1 Bathroom is located in the master bedroom. Sofa in living room is a pull out bed for additional sleeping accommodations. All bedrooms have smart TV's and the living roobm TV is cable and smart TV. Back two bedrooms also have access to the back deck. New flooring in bedrooms and bathrooms updated in 2023 not shown in pictures.

4 Smart TV's and main living room TV also has Xfinity Cable. Fireplace, Central Air, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Keurig, outside shower, 2-3 car parking under car port in back, grill, outside shower, front and back decks are equipped with seating to enjoy the outdoor space. Our home is 1 very short block to the beautiful 32nd street beach, and also only 1 - 3 blocks walking distance from amenities such as playground, basketball courts, tennis, courts, wall ball courts, ACME, Wawa, Ice Cream shops, Restaurants, Bakery, new Mini golf place, and Surf Shop! Boardwalk and center of town are a quick 5 minute drive or a 10 block bike ride! 6 Beach tags will be provided.

Small (< 50 lbs) Non-Shedding (Hypoallergenic) dogs will be considered for added charge of $300 per week. Signing of a weekly rental contract at the time of booking will be required along with $150 to hold the week plus the pet fee (if applicable).
